Christ Kingdom Church Men's Ministry

As a church, our mission is to grow strong kingdom men.  Men who like the men of Zebulun discerned and understand the times in which we live and are able to apply biblical principles to the challenges of the 21st century man.

We desire to help other men, through biblical teaching and life skills, stand up and be the best men God has called them to be. We are striving to come back to the image God created us in, to take our rightful place in the kingdom of God, to be godly leaders in our households, to be godly mentors and counselors to our young boys and young men, and to be godly examples to our church as a whole. Proverbs 11:18 - "The wicked man does deceptive work, but to him, who sows righteousness, will be a sure reward."

    Psalm 1:1-6 NIV

Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, 2 but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. 3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever they do prospers 4 Not so the wicked!  They are like chaff that the wind blows away. 5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous  6 For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to destruction.

    1 Corinthians 16:13-14 NIV

“Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong. Do everything in love.”

    1 Timoth 3:1-7 NIV

Here is a trustworthy saying: Whoever aspires to be an overseer desires a noble task. 2 Now the overseer is to be above reproach, faithful to his wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, 3 not given to drunkenness, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. 4 He must manage his own family well and see that his children obey him, and he must do so in a manner worthy of full[a] respect. 5 (If anyone does not know how to manage his own family, how can he take care of God’s church?) 6 He must not be a recent convert, or he may become conceited and fall under the same judgment as the devil. 7 He must also have a good reputation with outsiders, so that he will not fall into disgrace and into the devil’s trap.
